Established in 1996 the company has grown significantly over the years to its present position.

Pace has an Investment Portfolio, predominantly in the Office sector, throughout the South East. Our activities are focused on:

    • City of London

Commercial Development
Pace has experience in all forms of commercial office development, including:

  • Refurbishment
  • Fit Out
  • Extensive remodelling of existing buildings
  • New Build developments

Residential Investment
Pace invests in Central London Residential Property, which is let to the private rented sector.
Acquisitions are either made “off-plan” or redeveloped “in-house”.

Since 1993 the management of the company has been involved with in excess of 50 Residential Development Schemes, around Prime Central London locations including: -

Joint Ventures
In 2003 the company established a joint venture with Bank of Scotland, this partnership benefits from Pace's management skills, and the financial strength HBOS.
The joint venture seeks new investment opportunities in the Commercial and Residential sector.
