Botanic House forms part of a major mixed-use development scheme in the centre of Cambridge, comprising approximately 65,000 sq ft of high spec offices. Botanic House was the first speculative office building to be built in Central Cambridge for 20 years and boasts incredible views of the beautiful Botanic Gardens.

 

The building was awarded overall regional winner, by the British Council for Offices, and was completed in August 2012. Botanic House is let to top Law firm Mills & Reeve LLP as their new headquarters and is also occupied by KPMG and Hoare Lea.
