EXPERIENCE
Jonathan Vincent is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the UK Commercial, Residential & Mixed use Investment and Development markets. Forming Pace in 1996 Jonathan has successfully delivered over 40 projects of varying size; initially focusing on the Prime Central London Residential market. After a number of successful residential developments, the company moved on to major Commercial Investments and Developments in the : City of London, the UK South East quarter and M25 region, and the City of Cambridge.
