Botanic Place has attained an unprecedented 100.54% credits at design stage under the BRE’s BREEAM system of certification for sustainable buildings. The score is capped at 100%, officially making Botanic Place “the highest-scoring BREEAM office project in the world to date”... and the first-ever to achieve a perfect 100% score, surpassing previous record-holders.
Pace Investments assembled and conceived this exceptional scheme. It provides 330,000 sq ft of exceptional office spaces designed by internationally renowned architects AHMM. Pace achieved planning consent in March 2022 and secured funding via the grant of a 150 yr geared lease to Railpen. Skanska are appointed as main contractor and Socius as development manager.
Pace retains the freehold interest.
