Pace Partners opens up new opportunities for Pace Investments.
For 30 yrs Pace Investments has focused its activities as a Real Estate developer and investor. It has created some outstanding schemes in the southern part of the UK , notably the M25 region, the City of London, and Cambridge.
In 2022 Pace sold a major part of its real estate portfolio and in 2023 the company decided to broaden its investment portfolio and diversify into other asset classes, including: equities, fixed income and managed funds. Trinity Bridge is appointed portfolio manager.
In 2023/24 the management team at Pace started to explore opportunities to invest in other sectors and businesses – where we felt we could offer our business philosophy , our management experience and our financial support.
Pace Partners was created to explore these possibilities.
OUR ETHOS
Pace Partners is part of Pace Investments.
It is a new initiative to enable investments outside our traditional Real Estate sector. We seek to create “partnerships“ with outstanding people who need our support financially and creatively, to enable their vision to become reality. We want to support and enhance founders and existing management teams – to enable them to establish a new business, or to grow their existing business.
Our philosophy is simple – we strive to support those who aspire to be “best in class”.
CASE STUDIES
Our first “Pace Partners” venture commenced mid 2024, through the creation of The Open Practice.
Located in Basingstoke, The Open Practice seeks to provide exceptional Mental and Physical health services all under one roof, bringing together and creating a community of a wide range of independent consultants.
We believe this community of excellence, leads to better care and enhanced outcomes for patients.
