The Omnibus Building is a Grade II listed former bus depot which was redeveloped by Pace Investments in 2001. 


The company worked closely with English Heritage, to ensure the retention and preservation of the 1930’s Arts and Crafts style rear elevation, and created  80,000 sqft Grade A office space and a 10,000 sqft children’s Day Nursery. Half the building was pre-let to Surrey County Council with the remaining  space let  prior to completion.
